As we are making the product to measurements you have given, you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. We are only liable if we do not make to the measurements provided. An incorrect size ring, because the wrong size was ordered is not faulty. Please be sure that you have measured your finger correctly – see our ring measuring guidance. We recommend you use a ring sizer.
Our standard stock rings are sizes H-T. Anything larger or smaller than this is a CUSTOM ORDER AND THEREFORE NOT REFUNDALE.
Each one is made to order and will not be exactly the same. These take 4-6 weeks from order to delivery
