After a career working with young people, I started making jewellery in 2019, a journey that has led to a passion for creating one-of-a-kind pieces that are inspired by the world around me.
I love big, bold statement pieces and my work often reflects this. Each piece is lovingly made by hand in my small workshop. I work mainly in silver and semi-precious stones but also love to use gold.
I was delighted that, having taken the plunge and entered my first competition, I was awarded a Certificate of Merit, and won the People’s Choice award – particularly chuffed as it was an international competition.

I like making pieces that have meaning, which will become special keepsakes. Some examples of this are the silver baby spoons. I started off making them for relatives before offering them for sale. Each one is unique.
Some of the favourite pieces I have made are those that people have commissioned for someone special in their lives. I was particularly proud to be able to make the wedding rings for my son and daughter-in-law.
