By placing an order for the purchase of goods from Shaz Jewellery, and the subsequent receipt of an email sent by Shaz Jewellery confirming your order, you have entered a contractual agreement with us on the following Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund any money paid. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you by e-mail and we will credit your account as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Prices
The prices displayed on our product pages are the full amount that you pay for the product - there are no additional or hidden costs for VAT or other taxes. Delivery costs are based on our expectation of what it will cost to send products. If you do not live in the UK there may be additional customs/import charges levied by your country – you are fully liable for these costs. Please check what they will be before ordering.
